Providing alternative home ownership for the next generation while making an attempt to erase the stigma of trailer parks. The Project called for a prefabricated residence, with no more than 2000 sq. ft.

The clients of this project were big lovers of music, so the landing of the second floor was designed as a music loft, with wood sunshades on a floor to ceiling glazing. The couple also worked remotely, so a full home office was incorporated on the main floor. A foyer is utilized as a bridge to the rooftop patio above the carport. Sustainably sourced pine and steel panels demarcate the public and private areas of the home from the outside.
